Chamber Business of the Week - (July 21st) Oak Hill Interior Design
Vickie Meharg, Allied ASID
Vickie Meharg is the owner and principal designer at Oak Hill Interior Design LLC. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from the University of North Texas in Denton. She has also studied Interior Design in New York, Chicago, and Paris. Shortly after graduation she had the opportunity to be trained as a Kitchen and Bath designer and has been hooked ever since. She is also trained and experienced in Window Treatments, all residential spaces, small retail, and small commercial design.
While living in Maryland, she was published in the Washington Post and several other publications in Washington County. She lived in the Oak Hill Historic District and served on the Historic District Commission for 5 years, as Co-Chair the last 2 years. She was the Design Consultant for the Historic Maryland Theatre where she assisted in several renovations assuring the repairs and improvements were historically appropriate.
She currently serves on the Board of the Fort Worth Chapter of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers).
